Warning
1. Do not expose MAPP/Oxygen cylinders on the sunshine, and do not to be close
to the fire.
2. Make sure Oxygen cylinder will not get touch with any kind of Oils, In the case
the cylinder valve was frozen, only use hot water or steam to heat , do not use
flame.
3. Do not use out all the gas inside Oxygen cylinder, make sure there is residue
gas keep the pressure 0.1~0.2Mpa.
4. Do not use out all the gas inside MAPP cylinder, make sure there is residue gas
keep the pressure 0.01~0.03Mpa.
User's Manual:
1. Please check every connection of the kit before using, make sure there is no leakage .
For bigger size copper tube - 22mm and above, we suggest to use nipple # 3.

User's Manual:

2. Open the cylinder valves and adjust the pressure regulators . We suggest to adjust the output
pressure for MAPP Gas to 0.1Mpa, and Oxygen output pressure to 0.5Mpa. You can also adjust
based on your own situation.
3. After pressure set , Turn on the MAPP Gas knob firstly on the welding torch., and light the torch..4. Turn on the Oxygen knob on the welding torch, adjust the flame. For copper tube welding,
we suggest to use Neutral Flame (shown as below picture 1), not oxidizing flame or carburizing
flame (see below picture 2 and 3).
5. For normal size copper tube 6mm~ 22 mm, we suggest to use nipple # 5.For bigger size copper tube - 22mm and above, we suggest to use nipple # 3.
6. After use, please turn off the oxygen knob firstly on the welding torch, then close MAPP Gas knob.
Then, turn off the cylinder valves .
